If you use our AI resume/cover letter tool, you may submit:

This information is sent to a third-party AI service provider solely to generate your personalized resume and cover letter. We do not permanently store the resume or job description text you submit through this tool on our own servers; it is processed for the purpose of generating your output and is not retained afterward.
Usage Data
To enforce membership session limits (e.g., number of AI sessions per month based on your membership tier), we store a usage counter tied to your account. This counter contains no resume content — only a count of how many sessions you have used within your current billing cycle. This data automatically expires after a limited retention period.
